Reports: By default, all reports generated by our platform are private and will not be used or sold by Armchair AI for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. However, you can choose to share a report by making it public, Armchair AI cannot be held responsible for any parties that access your report as a consequence of that. Users own the reports and the commercial rights to them.
Retention of Data: Armchair AI will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Transfer of Data: Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction. Payments: We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In this case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store your payment card details as that information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy: Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at support@armchair.ai. If we have become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Account Deletion: To delete your account, please send an email to support@armchair.ai from the email associated with the account you want to remove. All your data will be removed from your account. Please note that it takes between 7-10 business days for us to respond to all inquiries related to account deletion.
Changes to Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new privacy policy.
